Unfpa seeks data analytics consultant for global youth empowerment

UNFPA, the UN's leading agency focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights, is on the hunt for a skilled Data analytics and Visualization Consultant to bolster its Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) portfolio.

Role aims to transform complex data into actionable insights for youth empowerment

As part of this short-term consultancy, the successful candidate will provide technical expertise in data analytics, visualization, and knowledge management to support the CSE team in strengthening its global data infrastructure.

The consultant will work under the supervision of the CSE Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, delivering across four key areas: data analytics and visualization, infographics and knowledge products, CSE mapping and data organization, and learning and community support.

With a focus on transforming large datasets into clear, accessible, and visually engaging outputs, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or R/Python, as well as experience with AI-assisted analytics tools.

The consultancy runs from May 1 to August 31, 2026, with deliverables including inception reports, visualizations, data repositories, and a learning platform structure.
