The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office announced Friday the arrests of 14 men – plus one teenager – on charges including human trafficking, the use of prohibited computer services, and facilitating online meetings with underage individuals. The investigation, spearheaded by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), exposed a disturbing network operating within the city.

Among those apprehended are Carlos Adrian Flores Rojas, 27; Edgardo Arturo Donaire, 38; and Jony Zele Donrizo, 33, among others, including a 16-year-old identified as K.G., who is currently being held without bond. The operation, which ran from April 22nd to 23rd, 2026, targeted suspects identified through online advertisements promising connections with underage females.

Detectives employed an undercover approach, posting an advertisement online and engaging in text-based conversations with potential suspects. These individuals, initially led to believe they were communicating with minors, were ultimately caught attempting to arrange meetings and negotiate fees for sexual acts. Upon arrival at designated locations within Miami, suspects were met by an undercover operative posing as a pimp, ensuring the exchange of illicit funds.
